3By wkclynnOverall the plot was intriguing as well as the book divisions to keep the reader engaged. Character development and dialogue, especially Andrea was so frustrating. I literally said out loud “spit it out already.” I ended up finishing it but it took me awhile. There’s a lot to keep you turning the page but then there’s a lot just to leave it on the night stand.So so good

1By frenchy0674I have devoured all of Karin Slaughter’s books, but must say that “Pieces of Her” is the least recommended of all of them. Too repetitive, jumps around too much, and not much character development . . in my opinion. Extremely tiresome plot. I do believe that if the book had stuck to the original timeline and character development, the reader interest would have risen dramatically. Don’t think the Netflix series will be worth watching.
