4By Ellen/OceansideSchool teachers Brie and Dante, leaving she bumps into his car truck. She has spent sixteen months getting her confidence and self image back. She could do this, saying she would pay for the damages. He only wanted to have coffee for a week in the school. She still insisted to pay for damages. A student with a sensitive nature would be coming, and Brie and Dante would be working with the student. The other teachers were advised to look for any bullying, teasing that might go on. While a standalone it took a little to understand Brie’s problem with Dante... but didn’t take away from the amazing story!! This story deals with stalking, bullying, sexual predator and his child’s emotions, kidnapping aftermath, romance, steamy and protective instincts. It will keep you turning the pages wondering what will happen next...love Ms. Shay’s books!!READ IT!!!

5By GrinandstampitKathryn Shay has provided another riveting installment of the Gentileschi sisters saga. Book four is the story of Brie and Dante. Life has not been easy for either of them. Brie has spent a year shunning her coworker, Dante, because of his position at the school where she teaches. And then they connect in a most unique way. Kathryn Shay has weaved a tale of these two people that includes unexpected twists. I love her writing style as she also updates on characters from the previous books. A 5 star read.
