5By cob1331Isn’t She Lovely is sharp, funny, and full of heart! Absolutely LOVED this modern-day take on Pygmalion. The writing is witty and it had me laughing out loud on multiple occasions. Lauren Layne, you’re funny and I like you, girl! I’m a total sucker for the opposites attract story and this one certainly delivered. The buildup and pacing was executed perfectly—it kept me turning the pages because I couldn’t wait for these two to connect. It was refreshing to read something fun and flirty that didn’t have me rolling my eyes. These characters and their issues felt completely real to me and I rooted for them every step of the way. Plus there was some pretty fabulous tension and heat. ;) If you’re looking the perfect beach read, this is definitely it.Great story!
