5By Carribbean QueenOMG ... This book was hands down one of my most captivating reads ever! The words leap off the page, into my brain in an almost "movie" format. I read Ruin & Rule whenever I had a spare moment and then for lengthier timeframes I'd read into the wee hours of the morning. These MC books are perfectly scripted and would make a GREAT Netflix movie series. Unlike the Fifty Shades trilogy, Pepper's books are in a league of their own. I'll be starting the next book as soon as I finish this review ... I can hardly wait. 4By kathyesfI wasn't sure what to expert from this book so it was all a complete surprise to me. This is not your typical MC book and I am grateful for that. This is more like a psychological suspense with a pinch of MC for spice. We are introduced to some very interesting and suspicious characters and as the story unfolds we find out how they are linked together. We have a man than lost everything and has lived a shell of a life waiting to exact his vengeance thinking that the girl that he loved and planned to spend the rest of this life with was killed. He is a tortured soul and as the story unfolds we get to the pieces that help us understand why. She can not remember who she is or anything before now except that when she looks at him she feels a connection. Slowly she begins to remember and begins trying figure out all of the missing parts that are still hiding in her mind. There seems to be an underlying plot that is building behind the scenes and I am not sure who might be behind but I have my theory. Love Pepper Winters stories!I love the flawed biker
