I loved this story and the characters. The suspense continues but a lot was resolved. Not a cliffhanger.

I have read this book before on another application. In that application, I was able to download the full book & read without issues. But, this time something went wrong & I couldn’t finish chapter five. The pages following in the middle of the chapter five were blank. If you are able to download the book, you will like the book. I had enjoyed it when I read the book on another application.

I have been provided with a review copy of Mixed Up with a Marine from the author for an impartial review. This is the first book in the Bad Boy Bakers series and takes place about ten years after the prequel in this series Rescued by a Bad Boy. Oh my gosh I just loved getting to see the continuation of Brax and Mia’s story. I was just drawn into their lives and I felt so much for these characters. This story was just extremely easy to lose yourself in and I was just so sad to turn the last page. I can’t wait to read the next book in this series.

Kait is a very talented writer, and she excels at crafting complex, realistic characters. This is another enjoyable romance set in a small town, with a suspense element in the mix.

This storyline cooked up some intriguing times and romance too! I Love the characters and the easy way the author tells her stories. It’s a Fun read exciting without being tense. Looking forward to reading the series of books by this Skilled writer !

Brax and Mia’s jaded story is sprinkled with mystery, jealousy, and hard truths among so much more, as you can imagine in any love story featuring an estranged husband that doesn’t know they aren’t divorced. This was a challenging review for me to write. It seems I’ve too often begun reviews of Kait Nolan books with “WOW!!”. Yet, again, WOW!! (It’s hard to be creative when your mind’s blown.) I wasn’t prepared for Mixed Up With A Marine to be even more intense that its prequel, Rescued By A Bad Boy — but WOW!! This story is ingeniously woven with Mia and Brax’s back-back stories fully explored (what happened before their Foster Care system experience,) what’s happened since they were separated at the end of the prequel, and the insane situational events of their lives reconnected.
