Briggs kept race, sex, and sexuality tasteful in here which is pretty hard to come by these days. I enjoyed each character and I cannot wait to see what Mercy and her 2 alpha males get into next! Briggs, you just gained another fan!I love it

I love her style of writing because she seriously has the talent to balance the right amount of emotion in everything from serious, to funny, sassy, sweet, intense, etc. And she makes her characters come alive, and feel so real, I just can’t get enough of Mercy and the gang.Friends
5By math wizardAn excellent well written story. Mercy and friends have a mystery to solve. Yes, there is action, magic, mystery and romance. Some humor but I really enjoyed the interaction between Mercy, Adam, and Samuel. Let's not forget that there even vampires involved and one with a Scooby Doo sense of humor. I really enjoyed the book and plan on reading the next I the series. I would tell more but I really hate to spoil a good book for the reader!Grammar errors and tense mix ups.

Character development is low, which creates confusion whenever she adds a new character. But the story is decent, and it's a fun read for what it is.Standard Urban Fantasy with Female Lead

1By gato verdeThis book reads like a sexy after school special. The dialogue is horrible. There are 50 cent words just scattered about as if to add sophistication, but they just make the prose awkward. I was looking for something light to read, but this is actually painful.
