Praised for having “the perfect blend of action, romance, suspense, and paranormal”*, #1 New York Times bestselling author Patrica Briggs's Alpha and Omega series now takes readers into the middle of some bad supernatural business…
For once, mated werewolves Charles Cornick and Anna Lantham are not traveling because of Charles’s role as his father’s enforcer. This time, their trip to Arizona is purely personal. Or at least their visit starts out that way...
Charles and Anna soon discover that a dangerous fae being is on the loose, replacing human children with simulacrums. The fae have started a cold war with humanity that's about to heat up—and Charles and Anna are in the crossfire.

4By RoadrunnerReaderI was definitely interested in what would happen now that the fae are unleashed, and this book really didn’t disappoint. Now that the fae are sort of evil, the werewolves have to decide where to stand. It’s worth buying for sure.Great read!
5By GautreauxgangAnother terrific Briggs story - loved catching up with Anna and Charles' relationship!I love Charles
5By SashasamaThis book just adds to my fascination and obsession of Charles. Smart sexy and loves kids. Why can't real men be more like Charles. The Alpha and Omega series continues to be a fantastic read!
5By FreeTimeReaderI greatly enjoyed this book. Charles and Anna's action packed story continues, where they deal with a strange and dangerous fae, werewolf hierarchy, loss and love. I like the way Briggs overarching theme of family, with all the joy and pain it can bring, makes her characters incredibly relatable. I'll be looking forward to the next book in the series, for sure!Never Disappoints
5By Urban fantasy fanBriggs is by far the best writer of urban fantasy. Main characters to the most minor are so real. Another home run.
