5By DP FAN!!!!!!!I finished the book, and it’s spectacular. Everything is right in its place to keep a reader and myth lover engaged. I, however, have a question. Does Percy lose his Achilles Curse that he received in the 5th book that grants him invulnerability? Our Seaweed Brain’s Back!
5By StellathepjosuperfanIt reads like the other books, but lower stakes, and as Rick promised, Percy sounds older. (Grover’s third wheeling is SO bad tho…)Ricks Done it again

5By The demigod of procrastinationIt was nice to going back into the individual mind of Percy Jackson growing up with the books brought back the sense of nostalgia. Although in HOO you go to see more of an outside perspective of what people thought of Percy it was interesting to read. I loved the book as a whole because it shows what a day in a life of a demigod outside of the big dangerous “saving the world” quest. All in all I loved seeing Percy’s sense of humor and how he actually grew up and faced his own mortality and embraced it.
