I’m starting book 2 and can’t wait to see what happens next.

An unsuspecting wife of 30 years learns her husband is not anyone she once thought he was, she has no idea what his true career is, how he has so much money and this expansive villa on St. John, an entire staff of caretakers who are very loyal and supportive of his past and secrets while accommodating to her as she wraps her head around his double life. She learns he had a gf whom he died with in the helicopter her name was Annie and she was as sextrfrivevabout him as he was of her. She called him Mr invisible and the only one who knew of his true nature to Annie was her daughter who also happens to be their shared child.

Loved! A fun and easy read

Was generally disappointed in this book. Appreciate the character development and twists and turns of her other novels more.

Such great storytelling, couldn’t put them down, loved that it was a series.

I’m thinking I can predict this story. I need some surprises.

I don’t like to be left hanging. I want everything wrapped up nice. I was disappointed.

Hard to put down. I’ve been introduced to Elin Hilderbrand’s books and I’m not turning back.

The way she tells the stories of all the characters in blocks and then eventually ties them all together……. Genius! I cannot wait to read more books from this author!

The reader did a great job narrating and the storyline left you wanting more!!! I read all 3 books in the series and I’m sad to know the storyline is finished.

Wasn’t as captivating as usual

Finished this book in like 3 days which is fast for me. Found myself choosing to read this over watching Netflix. Very enticing story. Enjoyed it.

This book is so good! It is filled with twists and turns. Elin has done it again! Leaves me wanting more! I can’t wait for the TV show!

I've read 5 of her books now and they are entertaining reading, not too light, not too heavy. One thing I never want to be is the mystery husband in all the ones I've read so far because he is always dead, perhaps from an airplane crash or helicopter.

I enjoyed this book and it kept me guessing. It felt realistic or even possible the as events rolled out. I continued on with the 2nd and 3rd books. But really wish it was all rolled into one book.

A real heartstring grabber for romantics. Also the great descriptions definitely make me want to visit the USVI.
