Re-read the original book RIGHT AFTER reading this book!
The original book suddenly became much richer and more enticing after I finished this Behind the Story, I HAD to open up the original book once more! What a way to increase the reading experience! Highly recommended!

The idea for the book came to Blake one day when she envisioned the image of a woman sorting through mail in a post office. In that vision, she saw this woman hide a letter inside her pocket after suspiciously checking if anyone saw her or was watching her. The image begged for answers to questions. Why did she do that? What situation would drive a seemingly good woman to hide a letter? Did the letter bring bad tidings that could hurt someone?
She thought of events in history that could make people hide letters from someone else or made letters virtually impossible to reach their destinations unscathed.
