Description
In this #1 New York Times bestseller of conspiracy and murder, the Camel Club faces their greatest threat yet: a casino king and a stone-cold killer who are determined to bury the truth.
Oliver Stone, the leader of the mysterious group that calls itself the Camel Club, is both feared and respected. Keeping a vigilant watch over our leaders in Washington D.C., the club has won over some allies, but it has also made some formidable enemies.
Annabelle Conroy, an honorary member of the Camel Club, is the greatest con artist of her generation. As an old, powerful mark hunts her down and the Camel Club tries to protect her, a new opponent suddenly arises.
One by one, men from Stone's shadowy past turn up dead. Behind this slaughter stands one man: Harry Finn. To almost all who know him, he's a loving father and husband who uses his skills to keep America safe. But Finn is also an unstoppable killer who now sets his lethal bull's-eye on Oliver Stone. And with Harry Finn, Stone may well have met his match.

What’s Next for the Club?
4By Scott_A_Miller4 Stars. The final 3rd of the book saved it. Some of the early groundwork, while necessary, was a little dull. The Club had a really rough time. Not sure what will become of them. We’ll see.Stone Cold
5By Patricia FairchildIntriguing story and I enjoyed the characters and was cheering them on feeling great affection for them as if I was on their team! The explicit detail describing scenes and what the characters were feeling created a visual feast for the. imagination. Thank you Mr. Baldacci - it was a great ride!Stone Cold
5By Diuble FaultThe best of the series so far. So many interesting personalities plus more action.Stone Cold
5By Angry mama61Third in the series, Mr Baldacci continues to thrill his readers. So many grammatical & spelling errors!
5By LadyLuceeGrammatical & spelling errors aside, I found this book engrossing. Sad too, but also humourous, and mostly fast-paced & exciting. David you really must get a better editor though; the errors were so avoidable & almost kept me from reading any of your novels. In fact, I continued reading only to see if there'd be other errors, and there were, but I was hooked, and a fan, by then.Maripu

5By Donnie3214Do not start this book until you have nothing else to do!Stone Cold
5By CajunNewsGirlThis book was awesome!!! David Baldacchi is an incredible spy thriller writer.. The best I have ever read.. Lots of research done and not a lot of fill in with over-descriptions, like so many other writers.... You can't put it down!!! It grabs you right from the start...Wow!
5By The-ShockerOnce again David Baldacci writes a thriller that I couldn't put down. Thank you for all your great books David!Great book - baffling ending
4By TMB-NJI enjoyed this fast paced book until the end, which was vague. Not being a psychic, I couldn't fathom what had transpired. I don't want to ruin anything for those who haven't read the book yet. For those of you who have read it, the meeting between 2 main characters in chapter 95 left me with too many unanswered questions. Later chapters didn't help. Maybe the next book will shine some light.Stone Cold
5By Happy home sellerBaldacci does it again, he tells 2 stories and meshes them together effortlessly. Well worth staying up very late to finish. Stone Cold will make you wonder about what the government does and doesn"t do, as far as spying and Homeland Security.Great
5By allbean32Doesn't get much better than this!Stone Cold
5By UNCFANDADI started this book on a long flight. It started slow and I almost put it down after the explanation of the "Camel Club". Thank goodness I changed my mind. Stone Cold carried me through as many twists and turns as the alpine slides of the White Mountains. Do not pass this one up!!Stone Cold
5By taztallyHis most thought provoking and best.Stone Cold indeed
4By Rob FinmanA nice read and difficult to put down as it draws to a close. Nice plot though implausible at best. Characters are endearing though a bit two-dimensional at times. Oliver Stone, the main character, reminds me of John Wayne...strong, larger than life, and of few words. Despite my petty complaints, it was fun to read.
