5By Lt gets her womanWOW! I am so excited in the ending of all endings. All through out this book I knew Lt. Dallas would get her MAN.... I have anticipated the end, but found there was a whole lot more. I will read more of these novels going forward. Thanks for the suspense!I want to be Lieutenant Eve Dallas
5By Bored at work againI love reading all these stories! I can imagine my self as Eve who is what I wish I could be. Strong self assured and smart enough to know the good and the bad in people. To stand every time for the good guys. When I read these I go to their world and live the story every time. J. D. Robb/Nora Roberts knows how to pull you into the story and really live the situations. I think this is one of my new favorites! I am now reading the "New York to Dallas" book and am already hooked in with wanting to get Isaac McQueen off the streets as badly as Eve does!Anything...in Death

I have said this before and I will say it again, this is one of my favorite series and one that I think needs to be read in order. It is totally worth it! The scene at the end I think will have a great impact if you know the background of the characters. It was awesome and I highly recommend this book!Treachery in Death

5By Juspink000There is nobody like Lt. Eve Dallas to take on dirty cops, with the pride for her job that she has, I knew this would be a good read. I really wish these books were made as movies so I could see in living color, the hardcore cop whose married to the richest man in the world, show us that although she's not up on the latest slang or girl talk, she is in fact human & the best cop I've ever read about. At some points I even cried...outstanding performance!Treachery in Death

I have read most of this author's books by this name and others and found her need to swear unnecessary to make the story grab and keep your attention. With her talent and imagination for a story it was a error to to be so gutter minded and bring her characters down. I am looking forward to the next book having an upward swing.Loved it!!!
