Favorite scene hands down was wrangling Bella when the baby was angling for her diamond Nora captured the essence of a daughter of Mavis. I hope at one point they can come to be parents to have Dallas making new choices in her life. All the characters have a incredible balance in the stories. 2By MitchsGirlThis may be my least favorite "in death". The stroll down the memory lane of cases was a drag on the pace and storyline. If you're a regular reader these cases and potential suspects were known to you. If you're not a regular, it didn't help to have these names just tossed out and discarded. But I did like Eve's concern for her family.Love It!!!

5By isalaurThoroughly enjoyed the newest volume I the In Death series. Particularly liked the little flashbacks and references to earlier cases...a little trip down memory lane made all the more enjoyable by the scant amount of detail. As I've read every one of the books in the series a minimum of three times (some of them more) it felt almost like an inside joke with the author to get all the references. Devoted readers should enjoy that too. As always, strongly recommend this author and this series. Definitely read them in order for the best experience!Excellent
